Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development to drive new revenue growth through consultative selling and executive level relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new business development efforts for enterprise, franchise, and multi-location prospects
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, audits, proposals, and close
  • Partner with executive leadership on high-priority and complex opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 7-12+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or consultative selling roles
  • Proven success owning and closing complex B2B sales cycles, ideally within a digital agency or marketing services environment
  • Experience selling to enterprise, franchise, or multi-location organizations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead senior-level conversations and presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue accountability
