Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities in generics, complex generics, established brands, and mature brands near LOE
  • Build and manage a robust U.S. deal pipeline aligned with commercial revenue targets and portfolio gaps
  • Monitor U.S. market trends, FDA developments, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform BD priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 6-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, commercial strategy, or corporate development within the U.S
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. generics, complex generics, and LOE lifecycle strategies
  • Proven transaction execution experience (licensing, acquisitions, partnerships)
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
