Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - AV Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives from opportunity identification through contract phase
• Develop capture plans, win themes, and pursue strategies in collaboration with the deal team
• Construct value propositions and serve as the primary client interface throughout the proposal process

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing/sales experience with technology or managed services deals
• Strong background in cultivating opportunities through contractors, consultants, and architects
• Experience leading diversified teams in a matrixed environment
• Ability to manage senior-level client relationships effectively
• Capability to direct Go-to-Market teams in developing client-required materials
