Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales consistently meet or exceed established goals by closing opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Collaborate with the team to promote achievement of sales goals and maintain productive relationships with clients
  • Effectively prospect and navigate the buying process to close complex sales with executive-level decision makers
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in selling complex service solutions to large organizations
  • Proven track record in managing multi-buyer/multi-step sales processes
  • Experience with transaction sizes of $1.5MM and greater
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with limited oversight
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
