Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development for the West Coast in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual revenue and sales objectives by proactively selling late phase services to assigned clients
  • Identify new leads for potential Phase II-IV business and develop strategies for client growth and retention
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows, ensuring smooth operations and budget compliance
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred
  • Four to six years of experience in the Bioanalytical Laboratory, Central Laboratory, Phase I, IIB Clinical Research, or CRO industries
  • At least five years of prior sales experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
