Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development for the West Coast in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual revenue and sales objectives by proactively selling late phase services to assigned clients
- Identify new leads for potential Phase II-IV business and develop strategies for client growth and retention
- Coordinate and attend trade shows, ensuring smooth operations and budget compliance
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred
- Four to six years of experience in the Bioanalytical Laboratory, Central Laboratory, Phase I, IIB Clinical Research, or CRO industries
- At least five years of prior sales experience
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
