Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development to lead and grow its Oracle practice revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full Oracle practice sales motion, including new logo acquisition and existing account expansion
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through targeted outreach and engagement within the Oracle ecosystem
- Develop and execute business development strategies to exceed revenue targets across various Oracle-focused offerings
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology consulting or services with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Deep familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem, including Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, and related partner landscapes
- Existing relationships within Oracle that can be leveraged to accelerate pipeline growth
- Experience selling data services or transformation consulting to enterprise clients across various industries
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect client data challenges to comprehensive service offerings
