Job Summary
Leading high-value strategic new business initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Director/Director of Business Development will engage with senior executives in pharma and biotech, driving complex sales cycles and establishing Mystra as a key partner in their R&D and data strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive significant new commercial opportunities across the pharma and biotech sectors
- Build and maintain executive client relationships, positioning Mystra as an essential scientific partner
- Provide strategic market intelligence to influence the company's go-to-market approach and product positioning
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in senior-level SaaS, digital health, or enterprise technology sales to pharma or biotech
- Experience engaging with R&D departments and navigating senior scientific and commercial stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of genetics or genomics relevant to drug discovery
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence market positioning and client engagement
- A degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
