Job Summary
To support its growth, the full-time remote Director of Business Development will lead the establishment of health system partnerships and expand the GI MSO pipeline, managing relationships and deals from prospecting to closing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the health system go-to-market strategy, including defining target accounts and partnership frameworks
- Grow and close new GI MSO partnerships while managing a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product teams to refine positioning and respond to RFPs
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in business development or strategic sales within healthcare, particularly with health systems
- Deep understanding of health system decision-making processes and budget cycles
- Proven track record of owning and closing deals with a focus on pipeline metrics
- Active network in the Midwest, East, or Southeast regions
- Experience with GI or specialty care services is strongly preferred
