Job Summary

To build and manage an early-stage pipeline for the senior sales team, the full-time Director of Business Development will engage prospects through outbound strategies, handle overflow opportunities, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to Senior Sales Reps.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and target prospective customers aligned with senior sales team accounts
  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage sophisticated buyers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and prepare structured handoff briefs for qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of proven success in a BDR or SDR role with experience building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
  • Disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management habits
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, including Oracle and AWS
  • Bachelor's Degree
