Job Summary
Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Business Development will manage the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's market position and financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures across the transaction lifecycle
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and risk assessments to inform high-impact capital allocation decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional diligence efforts and partner with external advisors to ensure successful transaction outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- 8-10 years of experience in M&A roles or the healthcare industry
- Preferred certifications include CFA, ABV, CPA, or CVA
- Experience in financial modeling and negotiation
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is preferred
