Job Summary
To drive business growth in Healthcare IT, the full-time remote Director of Business Development will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, develop strategic business plans, and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic business plans and target account lists to meet goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record in market research, sales growth, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of the healthcare IT market, including trends and challenges
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
