Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios, the remote Director of Business Development will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders while managing the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience in the Contact Center, BPO, CX, or outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, customer experience solutions, and relevant technologies
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with a strategic, results-driven mindset
