Job Summary

To drive growth in healthcare partnerships, the full-time salaried Director of Business Development will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with physician practices and medical groups nationwide, while managing the entire sales cycle remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage physician practices and medical organizations across the country
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Practice Administrators and Physicians
  • Generate a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry research, while consistently achieving revenue goals
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience selling to physician practices or healthcare organizations
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to prospecting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
