Job Summary

To support a growing organization in the clinical research sector, the fully remote Director of Business Development will drive revenue growth by expanding partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO clients while implementing strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO organizations
  • Promote and sell clinical site solutions, aligning offerings with client needs
  • Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, managing prospects from outreach to close
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within a clinical site network or related environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in clinical research, biotech, or healthcare services
  • Solid knowledge of clinical trial processes and the site services landscape
  • Established industry connections within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently
