Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in a fully remote capacity, the Director of Business Development will identify and secure new business opportunities while promoting clinical site solutions to biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors
- Promote and sell clinical site solutions, aligning offerings with client needs and managing prospects through the sales lifecycle
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals while cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within a clinical site network or related environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in clinical research, biotech, or healthcare services
- Solid knowledge of clinical trial processes and the site services landscape
- Established industry connections within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently
