Job Summary

To drive growth within the independent agency channel, the full-time remote Director of Business Development will source, develop, and close new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle while collaborating with various teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate, and close high-value commercial data and measurement partnerships to unlock revenue opportunities
  • Structure complex licensing agreements and pricing models that align with client performance objectives
  • Represent the brand at industry forums to evangelize data strategies and cultivate new commercial relationships
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in ad-tech, data, or programmatic media sales, specifically within the independent agency channel
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and building a book of business from scratch
  • Deep expertise in AdTech and digital media, particularly in curation and supply-side platforms
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for translating technical data products into business value
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
