Job Summary

Owning the sales and marketing processes, the remote Director of Business Development will manage inbound prospects, execute marketing strategies, and build a sales playbook while working towards a leadership role as the company expands.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls, managing the full sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing
  • Develop and execute internal marketing strategies, including Meta advertising campaigns and content creation
  • Create and maintain sales resources such as playbooks and objection libraries to streamline the sales process
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, with a proven track record in sales
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
  • Ability to operate independently across both sales and marketing functions
