Job Summary
Owning the sales and marketing processes, the remote Director of Business Development will manage inbound prospects, execute marketing strategies, and build a sales playbook while working towards a leadership role as the company expands.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls, managing the full sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing
- Develop and execute internal marketing strategies, including Meta advertising campaigns and content creation
- Create and maintain sales resources such as playbooks and objection libraries to streamline the sales process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience, with a proven track record in sales
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Ability to operate independently across both sales and marketing functions
