Job Summary

Leading strategic business development initiatives, the full-time Director of Business Development will focus on the U.S. Navy and maritime defense environment, developing customer relationships and managing opportunities for resilient communications and operational capabilities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute business development strategies targeting the Navy and maritime sectors
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline across various Navy and Marine Corps organizations
  • Lead customer engagement planning and competitive positioning activities to support capture strategy and proposal development
Required qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within defense or government technology sectors
  • Demonstrated success with Navy, Marine Corps, or allied maritime defense opportunities
  • Strong understanding of government acquisition processes and federal procurement lifecycle
  • Experience managing complex opportunity pipelines and strategic pursuits
  • Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain and maintain
