Job Summary

To lead and enhance a global Business Development Representative (BDR) organization, the full-time remote Director of Business Development will oversee pipeline generation strategies, manage a distributed team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and improve the global BDR organization, focusing on inbound and outbound pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine the BDR playbook and ensure effective lead conversion
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team, managing pipeline targets and performance metrics across various regions
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales or business development experience, including 4+ years leading BDR or SDR teams in a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software setting
  • Proven experience in building and scaling global BDR functions with a focus on pipeline targets and quota attainment
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales motions and modern prospecting tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast and manage pipeline effectively
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams
