Job Summary
Owning both sales and marketing responsibilities, the remote Director of Business Development will manage the entire sales process from initial conversations to contract signing while developing and executing the company's internal marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects, managing the sales pipeline from first touch to close
- Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies, including content creation and brand positioning
- Build and maintain sales playbooks, objection libraries, and follow-up sequences to streamline the sales process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management and deal tracking
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
