Job Summary

Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Director of Business Development will identify and execute opportunities to expand international FAST distribution and digital content licensing, while managing relationships with partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives across international FAST platforms and digital media to enhance revenue and market presence
  • Manage relationships with international FAST partners and identify new market opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
  • Conduct complex analyses and prepare executive-level presentations to support corporate growth initiatives and business decisions
Required qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in FAST and managing FAST relationships
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships or distribution deals
  • At least 7 years in the media or adjacent industries
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
