Job Summary

Driving strategic account expansion, the full-time Director of Business Development will accelerate growth across the EMEA region by collaborating with internal stakeholders and key clients to design high-value solutions for the biopharmaceutical supply chain, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Leverage the Cryoport Systems portfolio to establish the organization as the preferred supplier in the life sciences supply chain
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and objectives, driving new sales opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution and an exceptional customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience managing major accounts in biopharma, healthcare, or diagnostics
  • Strong understanding of the biopharma and advanced therapy market landscape
  • Demonstrated success in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of commercial principles
