Focusing on originating lease and loan transactions for Sponsor-backed companies, the remote Director of Business Development will engage with C-suite executives and manage transactions ranging from $3 million to $100 million across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Cross-sell other bank products through internal referrals
- Solicit and originate transactions across multiple equipment types and industries
- Act as a deal advocate, collaborating with underwriting teams to facilitate transactions through closing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in transaction originations, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong network and relationships with Sponsors
- Experience in Structured Finance
- Proven sales and credit skills, with transaction structuring expertise
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
