Director of Business Development
Job Summary
Driving high-impact partnerships in a remote capacity, the full-time Director of Business Development will build and manage a robust pharma/biotech pipeline while collaborating with scientific and executive leadership to advance clinical trials and precision medicine initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage, and close a robust pharma/biotech pipeline
- Develop relationships with R&D, Translational Medicine, Biomarker, and Clinical Development leaders
- Lead RFI/RFP strategy, pricing, negotiation, and deal structure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven success closing multimillion-dollar sponsor agreements
- Established oncology biopharma network
- Fluency in flow cytometry, NGS/PCR, IHC, hematopathology, and digital pathology
- Experience in a CAP/CLIA environment with strong negotiation and leadership skills
