Director of Business Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of New Business Implementation & Operations (Duals).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct multiple business implementation teams and advise on standard implementation models, tools, and processes
• Serve as the primary D-SNP implementation leader for assigned state markets and collaborate with the D-SNP Implementation team
• Oversee the development of integrated project work plans, schedules, budgets, and maintain standard implementation organizational structures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of health plan experience in various operational areas or leading cross-functional implementation teams
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of CMS and state-specific D-SNP requirements
