Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Ambetter Solutions ICHRA product in New York, ensuring alignment with strategies and goals
• Direct the creation and maintenance of standard models for health plan implementation and provide leadership during the implementation phase
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the ICHRA NY product offering and manage adherence to standard implementation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of project management experience with a strong understanding of methodologies and tools
• 5+ years of experience in Government Programs Managed Care across multiple operational areas
• Experience with product development and management, and/or ICHRA preferred
• Strong leadership and oversight capabilities in health plan business implementation processes
