Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Insights to lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for business insights and reporting to support organizational objectives
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization
• Act as a key advisor to executives by presenting actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven track record of delivering impactful insights that influence business outcomes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView
• Strong understanding of SQL, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis
