Key Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operations of a team focused on creating data assets, reports, and visualizations for business insights
• Partners with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, managing the design and development of solutions
• Oversees the hiring, training, and performance management of staff while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• Equivalent experience in applicable knowledge, duties, and skills reflective of the position level
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and operational functions
