Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BI&Delivery team to modernize analytics operations and create insights from data
• Develop and maintain a curated source of truth for analytics and reporting, ensuring data accessibility and accuracy
• Engage stakeholders to drive consensus and adoption of analytics-driven strategies across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years managing high-performing analytics teams
• 7+ years experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Sigma, or Tableau
• 9+ years of experience in analytics development or data operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical proficiency in data warehousing platforms like Redshift or Snowflake
