Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Director, Business Intelligence Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise BI reporting strategy
• Drive the rationalization, standardization, and onboarding of legacy reports to the centralized BI platform
• Manage a team of offshore contractors and integrate AI-enhanced capabilities into reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expert-level proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Strong track record in legacy report migration and standardization
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative reporting delivery
