Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence & Revenue Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BI Developers and Analysts, promoting a high-performance culture
• Own the strategy and governance of GTM systems, ensuring clean data and unified reporting
• Develop and oversee a holistic reporting and analytics strategy that supports the Revenue organization

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Sales Strategy, with leadership experience
• Proven track record in designing multi-level reporting strategies for sales or customer-facing organizations
• Expertise in Tableau and Salesforce reporting, with knowledge of integrating various GTM tech stack platforms
• Strong understanding of sales and customer lifecycle workflows
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python, BigQuery, or other data platforms is a plus
