Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company-level decisions by providing data-driven insights and framing options for leadership
• Own the long-term vision and operating model for the Business Intelligence function, including team development and standards establishment
• Oversee analytics and insights that inform underwriting strategy, claims performance, and overall business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data roles
• 3+ years leading analytics or BI teams
• Direct experience in P&C insurance; MGA or E&S experience preferred
• Strong SQL, Python, and analytical fluency
• Hands-on experience with Looker or comparable BI platforms
