A company is looking for a Director of Reporting & Business Intelligence (Group Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps and business intelligence frameworks
• Oversee the design and delivery of policyholder reporting and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data assets are optimized and aligned with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in policyholder reporting and business intelligence in a group insurance setting
• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing reporting and BI teams
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data management and business intelligence tools
• Experience in leveraging customer insights to enhance reporting and BI solutions
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
