Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational reporting and data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead the business reporting function, creating automated dashboards and self-serve tools
• Collaborate with operational leaders on metric definition and ensure performance monitoring systems are in place

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; experience in convenience retail or hospitality preferred
• 10+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence with a proven leadership track record
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with prior people leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and thrive in dynamic environments
