Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives within Global Commercial Operations, the full-time remote Director of Business Intelligence will lead category and sourcing teams across Data, Analytics, Market Research, and Market Access while fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor within the Commercialization organization, providing insights into market trends and best practices
• Forge strategic partnerships with stakeholders to align business priorities with procurement strategies
• Drive supplier-enabled innovation and oversee business planning and governance initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of experience in people management or leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading procurement or data & analytics teams
• Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders as a trusted business partner
• Exceptional change management skills and ability to drive strategic initiatives
