Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards that promote self-service analytics and lead a team focused on delivering analytic solutions and dashboards in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions
• Guide data governance and sourcing optimization to ensure accurate decision-making and a unified data view
• Build and manage a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Fluency in data management tools and experience with SQL, VBA, and database design
• Experience in developing business key performance indicators (KPIs) and automated reporting solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
