Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support business growth, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards for self-service analytics, lead a team of analysts, and collaborate with operational teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions
• Guide data sourcing optimization and governance to ensure a trusted single version of the truth for decision-making
• Build and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI and CRM tools like Tableau and Salesforce
• Fluency in data management tools, including ETL and visualization tools, with knowledge of SQL and database design preferred
• Experience in requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment of BI solutions across various technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
