Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support the growth of business intelligence initiatives, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards, lead a team of analysts, and develop self-service analytics solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a BI strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions
• Guide data sourcing optimization and establish governance policies to ensure accurate decision-making
• Build and mentor a high-performing BI team while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Fluency in data management tools and experience with SQL, VBA, and ETL processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
