Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and promote self-service analytics while leading a team to deliver innovative analytic solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions
• Guide data sourcing optimization and establish BI architecture and standards for decision-making
• Build and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI and CRM tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce)
• Fluency in working with data management tools, including MDM, ETL, and visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
• Experience with complex IT environments and data centers, including SQL and database design
