Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare analytics team, the remote Director of Business Intelligence will manage the development of scalable data pipelines, optimize the data stack, and deliver actionable insights through sophisticated dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver roadmap initiatives
• Partnering cross-functionally to define scalable data solutions and understand data needs
• Ensuring data quality, observability, and documentation are embedded in all processes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics teams
• 4+ years of experience working with health plan data
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and teams
• Expert SQL development skills and experience with business intelligence tools
