Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will own the operational backbone of Revenue Operations analytics, establish rigorous KPIs, and modernize the analytics stack while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a comprehensive set of business KPIs and their precise definitions, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organization
• Lead the migration from a legacy analytics stack to a modern, code-driven ecosystem, implementing best practices in BI-as-Code
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and develop conversational analytics experiences to enhance data accessibility and insights

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep fluency in SaaS recurring-revenue metrics and experience defining KPIs and metric frameworks
• Proven ability to integrate data from multiple systems into a single, trusted view and reconcile conflicting numbers
• Hands-on experience with a modern, code-driven data stack, including tools like dbt, Dagster, and Airbyte
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data work and automation
