Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Business Intelligence, the successful candidate will manage the operational backbone of Revenue Operations analytics, define key performance indicators, and lead a team to modernize analytics delivery in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a comprehensive set of business KPIs and their precise definitions, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organization
• Lead the migration to a modern data platform, implementing a code-driven BI strategy that incorporates best practices in analytics engineering
• Champion the adoption of AI tools for analytics development and operationalize AI-generated insights to enhance decision-making processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep fluency in SaaS recurring-revenue metrics and experience defining KPIs and establishing a trusted single source of truth
• Proven experience with modern data stacks, including dbt, Dagster, and Airbyte, and familiarity with version-controlled environments like Git
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python for data automation
• Experience implementing self-service BI solutions and analyzing complex data relationships
