Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will manage the operational backbone of Revenue Operations analytics, establish rigorous KPI definitions, and lead the migration to a modern, code-driven data ecosystem, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a comprehensive set of business KPIs and ensure precise metric definitions, serving as the trusted source for the organization
• Lead the migration from a legacy analytics stack to a modern, code-driven ecosystem, implementing best practices for data governance and quality
• Champion the adoption of AI and agentic analytics tools, enhancing the analytics function with innovative capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep fluency in SaaS recurring-revenue metrics and a proven track record of establishing a trusted single source of truth
• Hands-on experience with a modern, code-driven data stack including dbt, Dagster, and Airbyte
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data work and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
