Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Business Intelligence, this remote position will manage the operational backbone of Revenue Operations analytics, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), modernizing data delivery, and leading a team of analysts while engaging directly in data engineering and strategic presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a comprehensive set of business KPIs and precise metric definitions, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organization
• Lead the migration to a modern data platform, treating business intelligence as a software product with version control and automated testing
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and conversational analytics to enhance data accessibility and insight generation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience defining KPIs and establishing a trusted single source of truth across an organization
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data work and automation
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks including dbt, Dagster, and Airbyte
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools for engineering and analytics work
