Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Business Intelligence, the successful candidate will manage the operational backbone of Revenue Operations analytics, ensuring precise metric definitions and governance while leading a team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a comprehensive set of business KPIs and their precise definitions, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organization
• Lead the migration to a modern, code-driven analytics ecosystem, treating BI as a software product with version control and automated testing
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and develop conversational analytics experiences for stakeholders, enhancing data accessibility and insights

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep fluency in SaaS recurring-revenue metrics and experience defining KPIs and establishing a trusted single source of truth
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks, including dbt, Dagster, and Airbyte, as well as strong SQL and Python skills
• Proven ability to implement self-service BI solutions and reconcile conflicting data from multiple systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
