Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Business Intelligence who will manage the operational backbone of Revenue Operations analytics, define and govern key metrics, and lead a team in a remote-first environment focused on modernizing analytics delivery through a code-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a comprehensive set of business KPIs and metric definitions, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organization
• Lead the migration to a modern data platform, implementing best practices in analytics engineering and governance
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and develop conversational analytics experiences to enhance data accessibility and insights

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep fluency in SaaS recurring-revenue metrics and experience defining KPIs and metric frameworks
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks, including dbt, Dagster, and cloud warehouses like Redshift
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data work and automation
• Demonstrated use of LLMs and agentic coding tools for engineering and analytics tasks
