Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To drive business growth through innovative analytics, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards, lead a team of analysts, and collaborate with operational teams, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a BI strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on self-service analytics and dashboard solutions
• Establish BI architecture and governance standards to ensure data accessibility and integrity for decision-making
• Lead the design and implementation of business performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance field productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience with self-service BI solutions and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong background in data management tools, including ETL and reporting tools
• Experience in analyzing complex data correlations and defining business requirements for BI solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
