Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To define and establish a best-in-class Business Strategy & Intelligence function, the full-time remote Director of Business Intelligence will manage executive-level diagnostics, strategic growth insights, and revenue acceleration guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a vision for Business Intelligence, aligning teams across Monetization, Customer Insights, and BI
• Build a comprehensive view of business performance to identify true revenue growth and product adoption
• Partner with Sales leadership to pinpoint focus areas for growth and enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related roles with leadership experience
• Proven track record in defining and building impactful BI functions or transformations
• Experience in leading multi-functional analytics teams and supporting executive decision-making
• Strong understanding of go-to-market analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker preferred) and strong SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus
