Director of Business Intelligence
Job Summary
To lead the enterprise business intelligence strategy and analytics delivery, the full-time salaried Director of Business Intelligence will manage reporting capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead the development of advanced reporting, dashboards, and predictive models to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee the adoption of Agentic AI and next-generation analytics technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and relational databases
- Experience in implementing AI-enabled analytics solutions is strongly preferred
