Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Management for US Manufacturing Sales Vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key processes, procedures, and communication plans for business planning and execution
• Drive operational excellence through managing the Rhythm of the Business (RoB), team connectedness, and management processes
• Provide insight and advice on operational excellence, organizational health, headcount, fiscal planning, and participate in group strategy decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and 8+ years experience in financial management, operations management, or related roles
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation
• Experience as a Business Manager or Program Manager within a software engineering organization
